This includes checking for surface blemishes and the removal of sharp edges and weld splatter which can compromise the effectiveness of the coating system.

BGB Group inspectors provide independent, expert assessment of existing coverings, including coating inspection to NACE/ICorr Level 2/3, DFT measurement, adhesion pull-off testing and holiday detection. Our ICATS-certified operatives will provide full ITP documentation and traceability to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
