Ongoing training and career development ensure that every member of the BGB team has the knowledge and expertise to deliver your project safely, efficiently and effectively.

We not only provide this training for our own operators, through fully funded courses and qualifications at CISRS approved training centres, we can also deliver training for our clients both in the classroom and in the field.

IRATA Training

BGB provides Industrial Rope Access Training Association (IRATA) certified training at Level One, Two and Three to teach your team how to operate safely during rope access operations in hard-to-reach areas.

QHSE Training 

BGB are also able to work with your QHSE team to develop systems, inspections and assessments to make your workplaces healthier, safer and kinder to the environment. BGB can take the QHSE lead on your project, training your team on the job, or provide a supportive role that also includes training.
