Hot Insulation Systems
Designed for process pipework, vessels, exhaust stacks, boilers and turbines. These systems use calcium silicate, mineral wool, ceramic fibre, perlite, foam glass to minimise heat loss and protect personnel on high-temperature systems (up to 650°C+).
Cold/Chilled & Cryogenic Insulation
Designed for LNG, food processing, pharmaceutical and HVAC applications. These systems use PIR/PUR foam, elastomeric foam, cellular glass and, multi-layer vapour-barrier systems to prevent heat gain, condensation and ice formation on systems operating below ambient or sub-zero, preventing moisture ingress and thermal bridging.
Acoustic Insulation
Designed for a wide range of environments requiring noise control and suppression. These systems are typically installed with perforated metal cladding and absorptive core materials that reduce sound transmission on noisy equipment and ductwork to help you to meet occupational noise limits under Control of Noise at Work Regulations.
